Clogged drains along road

Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6007757.

There are several clogged drains along orford rd and the last time there was hard rain it ran down the road and into my back garden and caused flooding. These drains need to be cleaned out. I have contacted utilities and they stated it is not their issue and to contact the council.
