People are parking on both sides of a roundabout to drop children to school

This has been happening for years, there’s a roundabout and people park on both sides causing children outside to have near death accidents, when people are asked to move their cars, they leave children stranded to stand against the roundabout. This issue has been an issue for the last 10 years. The school Wyvern primary school has reported this on many occasions.
