Significant road surface damage

Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 06:05, Wed 22 May 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6004529.

Hello, our address is Butcher’s Lane, NN2 8SH . Last week, you carried out repairs to the road surface. However, our house, plus two others is a turn off Butcher’s Lane but is still categorised as Butcher’s Lane. We have built up, significant road surface damage, much worse than what was repaired on the main road. I assume this wasn’t looked at as it’s just off the main road. Please could you repair this road surface too.

  • You have just sent me the exact same response as last time and not answered my specific question as to why this part of Butcher’s Lane is different to the rest of Butcher’s Lane that was repaired by the council.
