Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6004476.
The are several wheelie bins that are filled with the incorrect content so have not been emptied, they have been like this for several weeks now, i know council collections won’t take due to the content, but they need removing from the street, also black backs and general rubbish.
