The trees are located along Mayfield Avenue, adjacent to 2 Cowden Road, Orpington, BR6 0TR. There are two trees which both overhang the roof of the house, as well as branches which overhang the garden causing leaves to fall into the area blocking drains and need constant maintenance. The branches also block the sunlight.
