Accident waiting to happen!Noticed Ice Cream van continuously illegally parks up on double yellow line junction of Wilmslow grove/Normington park road opposite Whitehall primary school! This is not only illegal parking on a double yellow line & contravenes the Highway code parking on a bend but is a danger to school children crossing road & queuing for ice cream on a blind bend.
