Good afternoon, Please see attached where the footway is obstructed with overgrown vegetation.

Customer received a letter to cut bush back- but has called to advise the vegetation roots are outside of their boundary wall - please can Highways have a look at this again please. Address is: 26 Brownsfield Road, Yardley Gobion, NN12 7TY - so this is a highway issue - not the customer's responsibility.
