Pothole approx. 10 " x 12" x 3" in centre of carriageway when turning from Whitsbury Road into Alexandra Road.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6002880.

This pothole started as do all others as a small defect but due to the amount of vehicular traffic using this well used road it has increased to its current size. Owing to the proximity of the defect to the road junction it's nigh on impossible to avoid hitting it if another vehicle is exiting Alexander Road into Whitsbury Road.

  • Having driven this road on Saturday 25th My, the road defect has not been rectified, the pothole is still there. I will try and get a photo to send today.
