I came in right turn from Stockinstone into Felstead & nearly crashed into on coming car, hadt to reverse into main road as other car couldn't reverse, car behind him. Cars are double parked the white one on double yellow. Can you not issue a ticket, this is not the first time, cars park here. This was at 11.00 am today Tuesday
