Rat infestation

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5999970.

I've noticed many rats in the back gardens and bin areas on the corner of 29 Torrisdale Street and 107 - 113 Niddrie Road. Some of them were quite big! Any help to rectify this situation would be very much appreciated.
