Parking on a corner

Brown Peugeot,MH19 MYB continues to leave their car on the wrong site of the corner, whereby as I need to turn off the main road into my street it makes it dangerous to turn in. This car is always parked here, just after the very short distance double yellow lines. Please can we get it moved to make the turning onto The Avenue safer- it is also the street that parents use to pick their primary school children up.
