Impassable due to severe blocked drain and likely associated subsidence to flagstones. Recurring for over a year now. Significant amounts of fat / grease in drain. Smell is intolerable.

Some works were done on the drain but they workmen removed the grate ,and now it causes a huge safety concern if our patrons fell down the hole when exiting the building. Please can you return to carry out the installation of the grate ?
