Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5995521.

The underpass at Grafton Street (Bleak Hall) heading up to the tip on the western side is disgusting. There is litter everywhere and even evidence of rough sleeping. The paths on either side were also strewn with litter and in need of some maintenance.
