OLeft side traffic light not working approaching the M56.

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5995326.

It looks like the lights are out and only spotted the right hand one is on red at last minute. Could cause crashes into oncoming traffic from the left.
