Bush taking over the pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5992396.

Outside 59 Elmhurst way they have a weed/hedge which is now taking up about 1/2 the width of the path.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
