The driver in question regularly parks in an inconsiderate and often dangerous manner outside of Whingate Primary School. On this occasion (Friday, 17th May) he parked close to a junction and also across the tactile paving/dropped kerb leaving. This driver isn't the only person to park in a dangerous manner outside of the school but does appear to be a repeat offender who makes it dangerous for children crossing an already busy road to reach the school gate.
