Damaged bridge

On 1st July 2023 this bridge was damaged in a car accident. This was reported to you and attended by the police. Nearly a year later nothing has been done to repair the bridge. Today something else has hit the bridge as we have found stone in the road. (See photos). Husband has moved the debris in the road to the pavement and rang the police , as cars were hitting it. This bridge is disintegrating. When is going to be fixed?
