Huge bags of sand in road taking up parking

There are 2 huge bags of sand (like the ones construction sites use) in the road outside of 68 Eden Close. I believe the person is storing them there causing an issue and taking up valuable parking space.

  • The sand bags and now other items are still there. There is also now a slip blocking access to the council garages at the bottom of the street.
