This is Cllr. Bagot-Webb - WNC Cabinet Assistant for Highways & HS2. Please see state of Roundabout junction of Wellington Road / Northampton Road, Brackley. The area is now deteriorting quite rapidly and becoming quite dangerous. I attach a photo of the junction as of today together with a plan showing in Red the seriously damaged road surfaces. This roundabout and damaged road is the northern entrance to Brackley and not very welcoming to visitors to our Beautiful Town.

Please note the original report, including the pothole on the far side, near the Nton Rd exit towards Brackley
That is causing vehicles to ‘jump sideways’
Also 1) sweep off all detritus, skidding has caused at least three cars to run over the roundabout 2) keep that detritus off this roundabout in future
QUESTION? Why has this road broken up so badly when it’s so new?
