No ambulance access

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5987186.

Resident has reported a neighbor is parking outside of his house meaning when an ambulance comes for his wife who has had a stroke they cannot go near to his property. He is requesting something be put in place to avoid this happening. Thank you
