So this has been previously tarmacked because of the tree damaged the path, which was a tremendous cost to the council. The tree is damaging the path and will cause a trip hazard sooner or later. If you do not do anything about it will cause issues. The tree is growing into the path as well and causing gelatinous algae to grow, which is very slippy when wet. (Cyanobacteria)
