Cars are using the cycle lane to access ring road and a house please can the bollard be reinstated

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5981132.

There was always a bollard at the entrance to the cycle path from Barton Lane and it has not been replaced. It is terrifying to be passed by a car when walking down this cycle lane . It is being used to access the house at the bottom of stoke place and also they are parking on it. Please address or reply
