Smelly drain

My neighbours and I are all noticing a very smelly drain opposite the garage on the corner of chaffinch and rowden roads, on the right hand side passed the last house on chaffinch. It needs unblocking/cleaning.

    Thames Water seems to think there’s nothing wrong. It’s the drain by the garage. Which states it’s the local councils responsibility. It requires the debris etc to be sucked out with the big truck.
