Constant loud music, late into the night, from the skate park

Sent to Chichester District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5979496.

The skaters play loud, thumping music too late into the evening, every evening. This is a residential area with young families and older people, who don't want to hear it all night.
