Drain on road

Sent to Chichester District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5973271.

The drain on the road has sunken and all traffic going over it makes a banging sound i live on this road and it is very busy the continuing banging is affecting my mental health this is the 5th time in two years this has happend the drian is outside Wizbits Toys Shop

It is not the drain but seems to be the Hydrant in the middle of the road the cover with a W on it so guess it is a Hydrant
