The yellow grids and the top and bottom of the hill always have cars stopping in them so cars wanting to get past cannot as the hill is 1 way only and then same on the bottom of the hill, cars from rice lane stop in the grid so you cannot turn from Walton vale, both of these have traffic backed up and can take over an hour to get down Walton vale, needs signage or someone to stop the stopping in it, terrible congestion at peak times
