Dangerously rutted cycle path. Almost threw me off my bicycle.

Cycle track has deteriorated to the extent it is now dangerous.
Track surface has deep ruts which channel the cycle wheel into the stoney groove.
Hazardous as a cyclist will be thrown off their machine. Possibly a child or older person ?
