This shop keeper continues to take up a lot of vital parking space on this stretch of road daily it's been happening month now simply because he is getting away with this unexabtable behaviour they think this is acceptable ,westmuir st is a nightmare to park at the best of the time ,this street can't afford to have vital parking spaces being blocked this shopkeep thinks he is privilege to do so ...
