Numerous cars continue to park in egton street in Hull. Egton street is a permit zone. The car in the photograph is one of the worst culprits, and parks here every day. Could you please enforce a penalty on this, and other ilkegally parked vehicles in our street/area.

    Above car(see photograph) continues to park illegally in the parking permit zone in egton street Hull, whilst not in possession of a permit. Have told driver he needs one. Ignored polite request. Says he does not need one. Lives in egton villas evton street
