Loose kerb stone

There is a loose kerbstone at the edge of the drop down section of the kerb outside our house. (73) which moves every time we reverse out and which we are worried will damage our car. Also we feel that the white lines across our drive need to be extended by about one metre on the right hand side (as you stand and look at our house) as when people park at present we can't turn into our drive and end up having to go down the road and turn around in order to get in.
