Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5961223.

Money totally wasted installing a pipe throughout strawberry lane.Poorly installed, after 1 season pipe is now totally exposed and a trip hazard as it's above ground.It wasn't needed and was not dug in deep enough either.
