Paving slab trip hazard

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5959963.

Outside 26 Hill Street Richmond- small paving slab next to a manhole cover is sticking up dangerously on the pavement. Half the paving slab has fallen into the manhole and the other half is sticking up at least an inch above pavement level creating bad trip hazard. It is by the entrance to a restaurant called Rosa's thai.
