New Wheelie bins not collected for over 6 months

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5955371.

These bins are an obstruction when exiting Wood Street. They are not in use and I would like them to be collected and returned to the depot. They have been here since the new bins were introduced over 6 months ago
