  • This is not private land it is the pathway grass section in mallard Walk Beckenham BR3 4BH. This comes under Bromley council. The tree is causing us problems. It is overgrowing into my garden. It also smells like rotten fish . We can't open windows due to the overgrowth. It needs to be addressed urgently as the smells from the tree is causing bad smells which is effecting my daughters which both have a serious Autoimmune condition. Please could you assist in looking into urgently.. Many thanks
