Despite numerous messages you have just closed issue 5840278. the pothole and major depression in the road is a serious matter and someone will be seruiously or killed as consquence of veering away from it . YOU CANNOT JUST CLOSE IT WITHOUT ADDRESSING IT . please update on the actions you will be taking

Seconded. It certainly cannot be dismissed as "not urgent". As the reporter above says could easily result in someone being injured or killed in the near future.
