Spotted whilst walking past Chickstar towards Tesco St Mellons just off the Crickhowell Road - walking towards precinct - don’t know if public council footpath but area of high pedestrian -missing section of cover as shown - enough hole to land a heel or walking stick in it or a bicycle front wheel if someone does cycle down there size 15cm approx by 82cm wide - depth 15-25cm you can see the wires
