Trip hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5949015.

The pavement is loose and uneven and causing a trip hazard. It has previously been reported and then closed off by yourselves stating that it has been fixed, but this is false and has not been fixed. This needs repairing before someone has an accident!
