There are at least two manhole covers that are loose on the upper stretch of East End Road

There are multiple loose / ill-fitting manhole covers that make a terrible noise with every passing car. The road is busy and the noise from these manhole covers disturb the peace. In the summer, with windows open, these covers make a terrible noise as cars pass as early as 5:30am in the morning and late into the night, past midnight most nights. The noise wakes us up constantly.
