Slum Conditions in Park Street

Abandoned fridge and chair left on pathway outside terraced houses. Bins strewn all of over the pathway. Contamination of bins with anything being put in any bin. Bins often overflowing. All regularly happening between 204 and 210 Park Street. Houses further up only slightly better. Action needs to be taken against the tenants and/or landlords
