Constant parking on double yellows & idling engines

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5944506.

Outside St Denis's Primary School, every day 08.30 - 09.00 & 14.30 - 15.00. Cars parked illegally and dangerously on double yellows and School Keep Clear zones. Drivers regularly park on pavement. I have counted upwards of 10 cars illegally parked with their engines idling every day this week. They prevent people walking on the pavement and make it dangerous to cross roads due to restricted view. Please send some parking enforcement before a child is run over.
