Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5943654.

This vehicle has been parked here for some time. I note what looks like the same vehicle was reported as illegally parked in the same spot in January. The Matt black”Chelsea tractor” - Landrover. Checked DVLA record and tax expired In January. DVLA have been informed
