I can not remember how many times I have reported this problem but I will try again, As you can see from the photos the road floods across the whole road making people walk out in the main A259.in the winter the road freezes and is like an ice rink. I have now emailed my MP Tim Loughton and Guy Opperman MP Minister for Roads and Local Transport in England as you seem unable to fix this yourselves.
