Sunken road surface

Sent to Staffordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 593670.

Sunken drain cover which has created a hole in the surface around the cover. Also a channel of worn away tarmac leading to the drain cover has been created by a leaking water pipe that has now been fixed by water company. Hard to access my driveway without car wheels hitting the hole/channel which is likely to cause damage as the hole gets worse.
