• Due to the location of the gully, Traffic Management is required to allow the contractors to work safely as they clean it - this type of work is done in bulk orders and will take longer than usual to resolve,

• Thanks for your patience with this issue, the contractors are aware of the job and it is in their outstanding works programme to complete.

• The contractors have made a number of attempts to clean the gully but were unable to access it due to cars parked over it - the drain has been highlighted and added to a Forward Works programme where they will attempt to clean it under the wards cyclical cleansing schedule. This report will now be closed.
