Broken tarmac creating pot hole
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5927078.
The tarmac is breaking up and has left a whole in the road. This is used as a cut through by non-residents as people try to cut out the lights, so is very busy and people travel at great speed. Whilst walking past I could hear and see breaking up further with every car.

Thank you for your report regarding this issue. Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.

The order for this repair has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works.
