Resident at 87 new row Tranent Eh33 2ga had new fence posts put in over a month now and has left all the dirt over the grass area that the council cut. Plus his still leaving his car parked over the dropped kerb when it's meant to be clear so disabled people can use and parents. Says so in the highway code
