Traffic light timings appear to be incorrect

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5921708.

Temporary traffic lights from a1079 to join Castle street appear to be incorrectly set up causing further congestions. Traffic flowing from A1079 is marginal compared to Castle Street traffic yet appears to have the same timings as the traffic is allowed on Castle street causing traffic to back up to St Andrews quay.
