Overgrown hedge blocking path at Zebra Crossing

Reported via mobile in the Hedges category by Cllr Andre Prosser at 08:21, Wednesday 1 May 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5918898.

The hedge on the east side of Hailey Road, Witney, at the Zebra Crossing between the junctions of Farmers Close and Eastfield is overgrown and causing a safety hazard for pedestrians (major school route) and mobility scooter users as they may be forced to step into the road. There is a similar problem with a hedge overgrowing the footpath at the Hailey Road junction end of Farmers Close on the north side close to the bend opposite the entrance towards Bakers Piece.
