Lights out of sync

For the last few months this problem has been getting progressively worse. The main flow of traffic along here is on Marlborough street, this used to be normally green and would change to red when there was someone trying to come out of Ashland.

Now the lights are red 90% of the time trying to continue along Marlborough street, this is even when there is no one coming out of Ashland. I sit here 10 minutes a day now waiting for these lights because they are not operating properly anymore.

There is very little traffic that comes out of Ashland at this set of lights. I think in the last 4 months I've seen 3 cars leave the estate at this set of lights.

I've noticed numerous people begin to go through on red because there is no reason for them to be on red.

There is roadworks beginning here this week, can you please fix the lights whilst this is going on
