Car always parked opposite a junction outside their house.

A VW car registration VU22LOD is always parked outside the owners house on the road opposite the junction into Grayshott Close Bromsgrove. This is very dangerous, as I have seen on numerous occasions near misses with other road users. Grayshott Close Bromsgrove is a school run leading to a first school. The owner has parking space behind their property. So they shouldn't be parking there at all. It is only a matter of time before an accident occurs. The owner has parked there since moving in last October/November 2023. The owner lives at 43 Willow Road Bromsgrove.
